It’s vital that your order reaches you quickly and safely. When you order, our reliable logistics partners ensure that your order is transported to you with the utmost care. And to ensure that your bike arrives in top condition, we have developed our own custom Bike Guard department to keep everything well protected. - This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands.
Shipping: information, costs and conditions
- Once the order is completed, your order will be transferred to the courier service within 2 å 3 days at the latest. In exceptional situations, this may lead to a different delivery date.
- Our prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. Prices in countries outside the EU (except Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland) do not include VAT. You should also take into account any additional import costs and VAT Shipping costs for deliveries to EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland are calculated with VAT.
- Complete bikes are delivered in our special Bike guard, whose additional costs are shown in the overview above.
- For deliveries to non-EU countries, import duties, customs duties and public charges may apply in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Criminal Bikes has no influence on these costs.
- All shipments are handled by DHL. Within the EU, missing items will be sent back at no extra cost. For deliveries outside the EU, we will contact you before shipping to inform you of additional shipping costs.
- Please check your package for external damage as soon as you receive it. You must report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will then send you a confirmation of your report. If you were to return your order, you should send this confirmation and a copy of your receipt together with the items in their original packaging. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone before returning your package to us so that we can inform you of the procedure.
